THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is shoddy, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing more info without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd bought something decent instead.
